Real Reviews from Doailers
Easy to use, visualize, track
Jul 15, 2025 - kirsten.s - Canada
I have started using Doaily again and since the last time I've used it, cool new features have been added. There are very minor glitches but it's still easy-to-use and functional. I particularly really like the habit tracking feature and quick capture to-do list as its format makes it simple to use, easy to visualize, and keep track of my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. I have yet to try the journal feature! As a consumer/user, 100% owning my data is super important as, unfortunately, a ton of big companies and apps mine our data and take advantage of users for selfish gain. This shows that Renz genuinely just wants to help people build good habits, reach their goals and he also just wants to make Doaily fun and engaging by gamifying it. Go support Renz!! His apps are pretty cool! Thanks Renz!

After trying what seems like hundreds of todo apps, I found Doaily, nails the minimalist design. Unlike other overwhelming productivity apps, Doaily helps me focus on what's important - actually getting things done! 📝 I also like that it doesn't make me feel bad if I've missed a task on a day! 🙌

Frequently Asked Questions
Doaily is a digital bullet journal that helps you plan, track, and reflect — all in one app. A bullet journal is a life operating system built around "bullet" symbols that help you capture and organize your tasks, habits, and prompts in a single, daily list. Doaily brings that system to your phone with three simple tools: • Habit tracker – build consistency through daily routines • Journal prompts – reflect on your thoughts and progress • Task management – stay on top of what needs to get done All of these appear in a single, unified to-do list, so you can see the tasks, habits, and journal prompts you want to ideally complete every day in one clear view. It's simple and designed for real life.
• You're working towards a big goal and need a place where you can breakdown those goals into daily actionable tasks • You want to be able to look back to learn about yourself and see how far you've come • Physical journals are becoming a distraction in itself from having to format everything and you just want something more convenient on the go
I use this app myself to get things done and will be running it indefinitely. The running cost of the app is very low as well and so is actually able to fund itself at the moment! I also have no plans of raising money via an investor so there's no worry about the app shutting down because it isn't growing fast enough or isn't generating enough money.
• Your data is end-to-end encrypted, which is a fancy way of saying that your data is locked with a special key that only you have—even I can't see it • No incentive to sell your data. Plus, I can't do so anyway, thanks to end-to-end encryption • I only collect some basic information about how you use the app to, for example, help me improve the app, detect issues, and make sure Doaily is going the right direction
